Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, followed by an indoor reception.

Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Because of limited space, we’re keeping our rehearsal dinner intimate and limited to those with a role in the ceremony. Thank you so much for your understanding — we’re looking forward to celebrating together at the wedding!

Where should I park? Is there free parking?

Complimentary valet parking will be available at The Graycliff.

Should I bring a gift to your wedding?

Answer

We’re so thrilled to celebrate with you in New Jersey! Your presence is truly the greatest gift we could ask for, but if you’d like to browse our wedding registry, any items can be shipped directly to our home at 13202 Erwin Road, Charlotte, NC 28273. Cards and small gifts are, of course, warmly welcomed at the wedding.

Will transportation be provided between the hotel and The Graycliff?

Answer

Yes! Guests staying at the Hampton Inn will enjoy round-trip shuttle service to and from The Graycliff on the evening of the reception, available for up to 13 guests per trip. The ceremony and reception will both be held at The Graycliff, so no additional transportation is needed once you arrive.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Thank you in advance for sending your RSVP by May 15, 2026. You can either mail back the card included with your invitation or RSVP directly on our website.

What is the cut-off date to book a room at the special wedding rate?

Answer

To secure the special rate at the Hampton Inn in Carlstadt, please reserve your room by Thursday, June 11, 2026. Although the online booking link may show a cut-off date of June 12, rooms will no longer be guaranteed after midnight on June 11. Please note that booking will end on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at midnight, even though the link reflects a cut-off date of June 12, 2026.
