A very special park for us; we know it almost like the backs of our hands. Miles upon miles of mixed variability hiking trails; Awosting Falls was used as the site for "Woe's Hollow" in S2E4 of Severance! "The tallest waterfall on the planet (hint: it isn't lol)."
Mohonk Mountain House

We stayed here for our 10 year anniversary last year. Historic park lands with hiking, lodging, food, and other activities. You can hike onto the property or drive up and purchase a day pass allowing you full access to the park. There's a beautiful lake that sits right behind the house with boat rentals!
