We’re getting married!

John & Nicole met at Chippewa Valley High School in 2007. They were in varsity choir together! John was the bubbly, talkative, big teddy bear jock that everyone wanted to be friends with. Nicole was shy, and didn't talk much to anyone other than her friend group. John & Nicole talked occasionally in school, but lost touch after graduating. Years went by and Nicole reached out to John one day in 2018 on social media. John soon asked Nicole on their first date. They went to Shamrock Pub in Downtown Utica, and although they were both nervous, they had so much fun getting to know each other again after the years that had passed. Fast forward a few years, on April 6th, 2021, they welcomed their first child together, Lincoln Walter Godlewski. 3 months after that (on their 3 year anniversary), John asked Nicole to be his wife on the beach in Port Austin, one of their favorite places to go together. They can't wait to start their future together as husband and wife, with their now one year old adding a whole lot of fun to the picture.
