Nope, just come join us. We understand flights and hotels are expensive. Your attendance means more to us than anything else. But if you really want to bring something.... Can we take photos?
Answer
No. We would rather you be present in the moment. Rest assured there will be a professional photographer during the ceremony. We ask that phones remain put away the whole night. Once the dance floor opens feel free to do as you please.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
If you're not 15 minutes early, you're late. Rah?

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Although it is a tropical island, it will still be December so it is cold. Please join us for the ceremony in black tie or equivalent attire. Please feel free to change for the reception if you would like. The reception will be business casual or nicer. (Yes, Hawaiian style shirts are considered business casual in Okinawa)

This is a small event with preplanned limits on guest. Please discuss with us before you RSVP if you are bringing a plus one.

Are kids welcome?

No, we ask that this is an adult only event.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We recommend you stay in American Village, hotels are listed on the previous page. Specifically we recommend the North West section of American Village at hotels such as the Hilton since this will be near both venues.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Nope, don't be weak. In all seriousness, it will be buffet style so just don't eat things you shouldn't be eating.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
All hotels listed are in American Village and walking distance to the venues. For those that require special needs, transportation may be provided, please let us know if this is the case.
Question
Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is parking across the street from the ceremony location that will be open for the duration of the ceremony. There are also parking lots/garages in the area.
