Question

Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

YES! The sooner the better! If you're camping onsite, we need to reserve your Canvas Tent. Space is LIMITED, so the sooner the RSVP - the better! If you're staying off-site, we recommend booking your reservations soon as our Wedding is on a Holiday Weekend!

Question

If I am camping at the Methow Tents, what should I bring?

Answer

We're glad you asked! - Bedding & Pillows *Cots Provided* - Comfy Clothes and Walking Shoes - Jacket *Gets cool in the evening* - A Tube to float the Methow River (please let us know if you do not have one, we will arrange with you to rent one!) - Food and Beverages for Breakfast/Lunch and Cocktail Hour - Cooler for storing Food/Drinks - Extension Cord *Each Tent has power, but you will need an extension cord to run power from the picnic table area to your tent* - Camp Stove/BBQ if you want one at your site *BBQ's available at BBQ Pit and Farmhouse* - Basic Camping Equipment - Towel - Bug Spray & Sunscreen - Toiletries - Extra Tent *If you're timid with bugs, you will likely want to pop a tent INSIDE of the Canvas Tent to ensure 0 chance of bugs infringing on your space*

Question

How much for lodging?

Answer

If you're staying onsite, your lodging is covered! Offsite - Campsites start at $8 and VRBO's can be up to $250/night (most homes sleep 4-6)

Question

Will dinner be provided?

Answer

Yes! Each night we will have a dinner planned. Friday - Chili Bar with Chips and Dips Saturday - Backyard BBQ - Burgers & Hotdogs Sunday - Wedding Dinner

Question

Is there cell phone coverage?

Answer

Yes-ish. There is definitely signal for Verizon, but it can be spotty. There is WiFi at the Farmhouse and the Pizza Restaurant next door.

Question

Do I have to stay the full weekend?

Answer

NO! We want whatever feels best for YOU! Just let us know what you're comfortable with and we will plan accordingly.

Question

What should I wear to the Wedding?

Answer

There is NO dress code. We want you to come as you are! PJ's and Flip Flops? The uglier, the better.

Question

Do I need to bring food?

Answer

Yes! Please bring your own food and dining equipment for breakfast and lunch each day you plan on being onsite. Winthrop is about a 5 minute drive away, with a multitude of dining options if you’d rather not cook! Please BYOB for days preceding the Wedding. Simple dinners will be served each night by the Wedding Party and Friends! Drinks (Beer, Wine, Hard Kombucha and Hard Seltzers) and Dinner will be provided at the Wedding.

Question

Are there showers and bathrooms at the Rolling Huts and Tents?

Answer

Yes! Near the tent site there are Men’s and Women’s bathrooms in a shipping container! Each area has 2 showers, 2 toilets, 2 sinks and one full length mirror. The shipping container is open on the top so you can enjoy the outdoors as you drop your drawers! For the Rolling Huts - Each Rolling Hut has an adjacent port-o-potty connected to the structure. The door is located outside of the body of the space. In the Main Barn across from the Huts, there are two showers, two toilets and two sinks in the Womens Bathroom and same for Men’s. There is also the nice, shallow Methow River should you feel a primal urge to bathe au naturale - yes, we will judge you... lovingly of course. Don’t forget your toiletries and towels!
