It all began when Nicole was on a college softball trip in Pennsylvania — a place that would soon become much more meaningful than anyone expected. What started as a simple meeting with Joel quickly turned into something special, and before long, he was driving nine hours to New Hampshire just to spend time with her. It didn’t take long for either of them to realize this was something worth holding onto. A few months later, he made a big leap and moved his whole life to be with Nicole. From long-distance to building a life side by side, their relationship grew stronger with every step, shaped by patience, commitment, and love. During some of Nicole’s hardest moments — including the loss of her father — he stood by her and her family with unwavering support, proving that their relationship was about more than just romance, but about truly showing up when it mattered most. Today, they’ve come full circle — back in Pennsylvania, living in a home filled with love and laughter, along with their three dogs, Oakley, Koa, and Maze, who complete their little family and keep life fun, busy, and full of joy. After everything they’ve shared, they’re ready to take the next step, continue building their life together, and celebrate this moment with all the people who have been part of their journey.
