Indulge in a tasting of all organic and kosher maple syrup flavors. Pair your tasting experience with complimentary treats at the New Farm Store Cafe. They have coffee, tea or hot chocolate; maple-infused samples of cheeses, meats and so much more! For $12 a person, they require reservations in advance.

If you're staying the night and want to start your morning with a light 0.6 mile hike; this small 25 ft waterfall is only a 12 minute drive away. It's part of Hickory Run State Park, where they also offer MANY other hiking trails if you want to enjoy the fall foliage a little extra!
