You can apply for a passport online or at USPS. Keep in mind that this process could take several months.

Yes, children are welcome to attend the wedding. Please indicate how many children and their name(s) when you RSVP.

How do I book my flight?
Answer
Please book your room reservation by following the link under the "Travel" tab. You may book your flight through any airline of your choice. If you need assistance, you may contact Chasity Munn, our wedding specialist, at cmunn@destinationweddings.com.

What airport is closest to Dreams Jade?
Answer
Dreams Jade is a 35 minute drive from Cancun International Airport. Transport to and from Cancun International Airport will be provided as long as you provide flight information to our wedding specialist, Chasity Munn.

Will transportation be provided from the airport to the resort?
Answer
Yes, so long as you are flying into and out of Cancun International Airport. Once you RSVP and make your room reservation, our wedding specialist, Chasity Munn, will contact you to verify flight information for pick-up and drop-off.

How long should I stay?
Answer
The room reservation is set for May 20, 2027 to May 24, 2027. You are welcome to come earlier or stay later.

Is a payment plan available for my stay at Dreams Jade?
Answer
You may pay via payment plan as long as you book with insurance. Go to the "Travel" tab and book your room through the link and include insurance when you book.

Am I able to book my own accomodations elsewhere?
Answer
No, in order to attend the wedding you must book through the link under the "Travel" tab and stay at Dreams Jade in Riviera Maya. You may book your flight through any airline.
