How do I RSVP?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by writing guests names and meal choices on the Reply card that was provided with the invitation and mail the Reply card back to us. Our address and postage has been provided on the Reply card for your convenience.

What are the addresses of the ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Ballroom at Carey Lake, 959 Walworth Penfield Road, Macedon, New York 14502. You can use this link to view the location in Google Maps. https://maps.app.goo.gl/BgZ6EhmTFEyseuKE8 There is a lakeside driveway that leads to the parking lot. Once you arrive there will be signage directing you to the courtyard where the ceremony will take place.

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

A shuttle to and from the wedding will be provided from the Microtel Inn and Suites where we have set up a room block. The shuttle to the reception will begin transporting guests at 3pm and make trips as needed until 4pm. The shuttle will be available to transport guests back to the hotel beginning at 10pm and will make trips as needed. The hotel is approximately 12 minutes from the venue.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is free on-site parking at the venue.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors weather permitting. If it rains, the ceremony will be held indoors at the venue. The cocktail hour will be a mix of indoor and outdoor and the reception will be held indoors.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham in Macedon, New York. Please reference the "Travel" tab of our wedding website or your Details card provided with the invitation for more information on the room block. What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is requested. A suit or dress shirt with a tie is suggested. A midi-, knee-length, or long dress or dressy separates are also welcome.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy through cocktail hour and the reception.

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

If "and guest" or your plus-one's name is written on your wedding invitation, you can bring someone. See you and your plus-one on September 12!

What time will your wedding reception end?

Answer

The reception will end at 11:00pm. While there is no formal after party planned, knowing our group there is a strong possibility that we continue the night at a local bar. More information to be provided.
