What is planned for the reception?

Answer

Following our ceremony there will be a casual backyard celebration with yard games and music.

What will I be eating and drinking?

Answer

Lunch: We plan to have a variety of your BBQ favorites. Drink: There will be plenty of water and a variety of soft drinks, beers, and wines. Please feel free to BYOB, as well! Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions we should be aware of.

What should I wear?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable while you celebrate with us. Sundresses, khaki shorts or pants, short or long sleeve dress shirts, polos, and other yard game ready attire. No jeans, please. For footwear, please consider that both the ceremony and reception will be held in a backyard.

We kindly request this be an adult-only wedding.

Yes! Cellular service can be limited in certain areas of the property with some providers.

993 Main Street is familiar to many as the home of Jacob's grandparents, the late Bruce and Lucy Ward. We are excited to continue their tradition of gathering loved ones to celebrate at this beautiful and meaningful property.

We recommend these local establishments which can typically accommodate large groups: The Neighborhood Tavern 318 Main St, Northborough, MA 01532 9 minute drive from our venue Large food, beer, and cocktail menu. Try Nicole's favorite, 'The Aphrodite.' Tavern in the Square 193 Boston Turnpike, Shrewsbury, MA 01545 10 minute drive from our venue Large food, beer, and cocktail menu. Try our favorite appetizer, the 'Bang Bang Broccoli.' Shrewsbury Street in Worcester Known as the 'restaurant row' of Worcester there are an abundance of options. Woo Bar is a smaller establishment but is one of our favorites. Mexicali Cantina Grill would be perfect for larger groups.
