Western Cocktail Attire! Boots and bolos are highly encouraged. The venue has two floors, so wear shoes comfortable enough for a little walking, some stair climbing, and plenty of boot scootin'.
Yes! The entire venue is indoors, so no need to worry about weather once you’re inside.
There’s no dedicated parking lot at The Simon. All parking is street parking in downtown Louisville, so plan to arrive a few minutes early to find a spot nearby.
The ceremony starts at 5:00 PM sharp. We recommend arriving by 4:45 to get parked, settled, and ready for the big moment.
After the ceremony, we’ll head straight into cocktail hour, followed by dinner and dancing. Ceremony: 5:00 PM Cocktails: 5:30 PM Dinner & Dancing: 6:30–10:00 PM
