Where are the ceremony and reception being held? ¿Dónde se celebrara la ceremonia y la recepción?

Answer

We are so excited to use our Kingdom Hall for our wedding! The reception to follow will be held indoors at the Club at Eaglebrooke. Please refer to your invitation for more details. Estamos muy contentos de poder usar nuestro Salon del Reino para nuestra ceremonia. La recepción que sigue se llevara acabo en The Club at Eaglebrooke. What is the RSVP deadline? ¿Cual es la fecha límite de confirmación de asistencia?

Answer

We strongly urge that all rsvp's be sent in by September 1st. Instamos encarecidamente a que todos los rsvp se envíen antes del 1 de Septiembre.

Will there be food and drinks at the reception? ¿Habrá comida y bebida en la recepción?

Answer

Yes! As part of our big day, we look forward to dining and celebrating with you. Plated meals will be served for each guest. If you have any food allergies that need to be avoided, please let us know so we may plan accordingly. There will be a cash bar provided by the venue for those who would like to partake. ¡Si! Como parte de nuestro gran día, esperamos cenar y celebrar con usted! habra una cena formal para cada invitado. What are my plate options? ¿Cuáles son mis opciones de cena?

Answer

There will be 4 plate options for all guests. The first one is chicken in white wine sauce, served with asparagus and roasted potato. The second plate is a pork porterhouse cooked medium well. The pork is accompanied by brown sugar coated carrots and mashed potatoes. The third plate option is a panko crusted grouper, served with broccoli and roasted potatoes. The gluten free plate will feature gluten free pasta primavera with grilled chicken. Hay 4 platos que los invitados podrán escoger para la cena. La primera es pollo en salsa de vino blanco con espárragos y papitas asadas. La segunda es puerco (asada) con zanahoria y puré de papas. Are masks required? ¿Se requieren máscaras?

As our ceremony will be held at the Kingdom Hall, we must comply with the guidelines provided by our organization. For our reception, we will leave it up to the discretion of each guest. We will not be providing masks for our guests, so if you would like to wear one, please bring your own. It goes without saying that if you have any questionable symptoms, please opt for virtual attendance, for the safety of all those attending. Nuestra ceremonia tomara lugar en el Salon del Reino, y por lo tanto, tenemos que respetar las instrucciones que se nos han dado para nuestras reuniones en persona. How many people are invited? ¿Cuantas personas están invitadas?

Answer

Because of the global pandemic, we have had to make some changes to the number in our guest list. There are 160 people invited to our big day. We want all of our guests to be comfortable, and will completely understand if you would like to opt for the virtual celebration instead. Does Vaccination Status Matter? ¿Necesito estar vacunado?

Answer

We understand that being vaccinated is a personal decision. Although we are not requiring proof of vaccination status, we do respectfully prefer that our guests be vaccinated for the safety of all those invited.
