Question

When and how do I RSVP?

Our RSVP deadline was April 13, 2025, and we unfortunately cannot accommodate any additional guests who did not RSVP prior to this date. Please reach out to Nicole or Fermin directly if you have any questions!

Where is the venue located?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be at Bella Sera, located at 414 Morganza Road, Canonsburg, PA 15317.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal attire (i.e. cocktail dresses, evening dresses, sundresses, casual suits, slacks, button-down shirts, and sports coats). Please refrain from wearing jeans, shorts, or tennis shoes.

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 3:30pm, and will be about half an hour. Please plan to arrive at the venue with enough time to get seated.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! Bella Sera has a free, on-site parking lot with ample space for all of our guests.

Are children allowed?

We have decided to keep our wedding adults-only.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We plan to have our ceremony and cocktail hour in the outdoor garden (weather pending), but the rest of the reception will be held indoors. Plan to be outside for about an hour and a half to two hours maximum!

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We’re registered through Amazon, Target, and Zola - but all of the items are compiled under the “Registry” tab in the main menu! 🙂 Clicking an item will direct you to the site to purchase it and will automatically mark it as “Purchased.” Similarly, you can click an item to mark it as “Already purchased” even if you didn’t buy it through the link in our registry!

Do I need to select a meal in advance?

Answer

No! Our dinner will be buffet-style and will include vegetarian options (for Nicole and any fellow vegetarians 😀). We will also have hors d'oeuvres, dessert, and an open bar. Let us know if you have any dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can be sure to accommodate you!

Our reception will end at 10pm!
