We're getting married!

I am sure you all know how stubborn we both can be, and that is no different when it comes to how we met. Our paths crossed on September 8th, 2014. We had several short conversations about making plans to "do lunch". With hectic schedules, needless to say those plans didn't happen. The conversations slowed down and before we knew it, months of not speaking had gone by. One text would be the start of not only the best years of our lives, but also the start of many arguments......."How tall are you?" From that point on, we were inseparable.

Our proposal took place in front of The Great Sphinx of Giza, with the Great Pyramid in the back ground while on vacation in Egypt. Egypt had been on the top of Eric's bucket list for quite some time. We both had seen so many beautiful pictures taken in front of The Sphinx, that we wanted to take some great ones as well to add to our collection. One in particular was a photo that appeared as if you were "kissing" The Sphinx. It required you to face The Sphinx and pucker up!! The photographer positioned the camera to appear that the two were sharing a kiss even though you were nowhere near the statue. Nicole attempted to master the picture, lets just say when she opened her eyes to see how the pictured turned out, it was not what she expected. Behind her Eric was on one knee with a ring. We may be biased, but that was hands down the most amazing proposal ever.

We are blessed and grateful to have each of you in our lives. Your love, support, prayers and encouragement are invaluable to us. We can't wait to see all of you in St. Lucia!!!
