When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly like to have all reservations in no later than November 1, 2024.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The doors will open as early as 3:30pm.

Are there any hotels in the area that you would recommend?

Homewood Suits By Hilton in Topeka, KS. We have reserved a block of rooms for the wedding weekend. Rate: King Studio Suite: $119.00 Double Queens: $129.00 1 Bedroom King Suite: $129.00

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are not providing any formal transportation for the event, but our ceremony and reception are taking place at the same venue. There is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving, and Uber or Lyft is a great option for those who don't.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We'll be serving light snacks during cocktail hour, followed by a delicious dinner and of course dessert.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The bar will be on us from cocktail hour until 9:30pm at which point it will switch to a “cash bar.” Credit & Debit cards will kindly be accepted.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We LOVE photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we'd like that time to be unplugged and we have hired a professional for this exact reason. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage our guests to take photos.
