We’re getting married!

I was reluctant to date online but decided to give it another try after swearing off love forever. I came across Mannie’s profile and hesitated to swipe right. But I did. So had he. I was going to leave it at that and not even speak. Luckily, he spoke first. We chatted briefly but I still wasn’t convinced. Still I gave him my number. We had the most amazing first conversation. I loved his voice over the phone! 😍 He asked me out and I agreed. We had a simple first date at the park. We watched a girl’s softball game. After the game, we talked more in the car and found out that we had a few things in common. By the end of the night he asked me out to breakfast in the morning and I accepted. We had a good time talking about our lives. Everything after this is pretty much a blur; he hasn’t left my side since. He won me over so effortlessly that I didn’t even have a chance to realize what was happening. Fast forward seven and half months later and he was down on one knee and I was completely shocked! I said, “YES” and now we’re ready to start the chapter of spending the rest of our lives together. ♥️
