For your convenience, we have arranged shuttle bus service from the hotel to the wedding venue. Please take note of the following details: Shuttle Bus Schedule: Departure Times from Hotel to Venue: Shuttle Run: 3:45 PM Important Information: The shuttle will depart promptly at the designated times. Please plan to arrive at the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to ensure you have enough time to board. The shuttle will drop guests off at the wedding venue, and additional shuttles will be available for the return trip after the ceremony and reception. Return Shuttle Bus Schedule: First Shuttle Run: 9:00 PM Second Shuttle Run: 9:30 PM
