Flight destination - PUERTO VALLARTA

The flight destination is Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. For those of you traveling from Southern California we highly recommend flying out of Tijuana and using the CBX border crossing. Make sure when you are looking at flights to search just Tijuana. We’ve noticed if you put in CBX you might be missing some nonstop options (even though they are technically the same location).

Important Hotel Booking Info!

We have 2 separate room blocks at the same location in the charming little village of Sayulita Mexico. Villa Amor & Amor Boutique, right on the water and about a 10 minute walk to town. We know this can be confusing for booking so we will explain the best way possible. Also, we want this to be as easy & stress free for everyone so reach out if you have any questions or need clarification on anything. The villas for both hotels are all intertwined at the same location, so there isn’t an advantage to one vs. the other. It’s just personal preference on what villa is calling to you, how many nights you want to stay & what’s available. We have walked the entire property & we blocked off all of the best villas that were available (there really isn’t a bad spot there). All of the rooms are unique and encompass a very open indoor/outdoor living concept. Please also pay attention to the stair count at each villa location, there are no elevators & they don’t have any pack mules to carry up your luggage – just kidding – that’s why we are bringing Dean! Both properties have GREAT customer service & will be extremely helpful to all parties during the booking process as well. Villa Amor requires a payment in full upfront whereas Amor Boutique only requires ½ deposit to secure the villa to your name, and then the balance due in January. All villas will need to be booked in January otherwise we lose the block and then the rooms can then be booked by the general public (we don’t need any wedding crashers!), so please get your room secured sooner than later! The websites are both great & you can actually get a virtual tour of almost every villa on the property. The wedding party will be staying at the Gran Villa/Paradiso combined and we are very excited to have all of our guests at the same location with us. The room blocks start on Thursday, March 16th & that is when we are asking everyone to arrive.

Transportation from airport to Sayulita

The hotel offers $150 round-trip transportation to and from the airport. This can be arranged with the hotel as we get closer to the wedding date. The SUVs can seat 6 people & will be stocked with beer & water for the short 45min journey through the city & jungle to Sayulita. There are also plenty of taxis & Ubers available once you arrive if that is what you prefer.
