Where can we stay?

We will have hotel rooms available through PGA resort a a discount. We will book in small blocks, so please let us know if you would like to stay on site that way we can continually add more rooms. If you’d prefer to stay elsewhere, other hotels nearby will be listed on our accommodations page. Please know you will have to arrange travel between your hotel and the resort.

When should we plan to arrive?

Answer

For our out of town guests, we suggest arriving the day before to avoid any travel mishaps and alleviate stress. The resort offers a variety of activities to keep you entertained and relaxed during your stay.

Is there a dress code?

No, but please dress accordingly. We suggest cocktail attire .

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, absolutely. Our menu currently accommodates traditional, vegetarian, and vegan diets. Given the bride’s allergy, the entire dinner portion will be nut-free.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes in advance of the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available through the resort for wedding guests who decide to drive and those who decide to stay at the resort. Simply mention that you are here for the Alexander Wedding Party.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you do not stay at the resort, transportation will not be provided and will be your responsibility.

What about COVID and safety guidelines?

We assure you we are monitoring the COIVID-19 outbreak closely and will update our website periodically if any changes occur. Our venue will abide by all social distancing guidelines and safety practices during your stay and during our events. Fortunately, our wedding was initially intended to be intimate, which easily allows us for to optimize our venue spaces for adequate social distancing. In the unfortunate event that our wedding is cancelled due to COVID, we will make every effort to inform you in a timely manner, likely through social media, calls, and texts. Please continue to reach out to us via cell, text, or social media for updates.
