Great question- this kind of depends on what you are planning to do and how long you are planning to come out to CO! The hotel is located in Parker, CO which is the closest hotel to the venue (approx 14 minutes). It is about 30 minutes from downtown Denver and 20-25 minutes from where Dave and I live! We will be staying here the night before and the night of the wedding! Dave and I live in Englewood, CO. It’s about 15 minutes from downtown Denver and 35-45 minutes from the airport depending on traffic. Great area to look on Airbnb if you are staying for the week and want an easy access to Denver, the venue, and hanging out with us!! Other areas to look on Airbnb is you want to explore more of Denver during the week- LoHi, LoDo, Highlands, Wash Park, Denver, and many more (just reach out, we would be happy to give suggestions!)
We will have plenty of reminders around the venue the night of the wedding but we want to remind all of our friends and family back east that you are coming to a state at a higher altitude than home!! Alcohol tolerance, oxygen levels, and dehydration are all things to take into consideration and are TRULY affected!
We are totally fine if you need to bring your child with you for the ceremony but will need to know if you plan for them to stay for food! There are plenty of areas for kids to run around and play, just let us know! :)
Mostly outdoor wedding but very limited if any walking on grass! Casual or fancy, whatever you are most comfortable in! Happy to answer any questions, please feel free to reach out! :)
Yes you can leave your car at the venue if you need to but it must be picked up by 9 am the next morning AT THE LATEST! There is a wedding the following day so the venue is very strict on this pick up time.
