Is there a dress code?

Answer

Not really…just normal wedding attire (semi-formal/cocktail)! No tuxes or anything super fancy :) The cocktail hour will be outside on a covered patio, so feel free to bring a jacket if you think you’ll be chilly!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The shuttle will arrive at 4:00 PM. If you choose to not take the shuttle, please arrive by 4:15 at the very latest. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will be offering a shuttle service from the Double Tree Hilton in Annapolis to the venue. Departure for the ceremony is 3:45 PM. Departure for the hotel is at the 10:15 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. While we will have a shuttle available, if you prefer to drive yourself there is ample parking at the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms available at the Double Tree Hilton in Annapolis just a few miles away from the venue. Check the “Travel” tab for more info. If the block of rooms are full or you’d prefer a different hotel, there are lots of options located around Riva Road in Annapolis.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, we have decided to have our wedding be an adult-only occasion. We hope that this advance notice means you are still able to celebrate with us on March 26th!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by January 15.

Question

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction. Can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! If you have any dietary restrictions, please include them in a note to us when you RSVP so we can work with the caterers.
