What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 10:30 AM. The ceremony will begin at 11:00 AM, and reception will begin around 12:15 AM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, summer vibe garden attire is welcome. Ladies: Midi or knee length dress, dressy separates or jumpsuit in lighter warm colours. Wedges, chunky heels or flats for walking on grass. Recommended colors: Buttermilk, Light Sage, Apricot, and Coral. Gentlemen: Dress slacks with button-down shirt in lighter colours. Dress shoes or loafers. Ties and light-coloured sport coats optional but encouraged. Recommended colors: Brown, Grey, and Linen Beige.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be pay parking stalls available on site, or additional parking nearby at UBC Rose Garden Parkade. We will reimburse all parking fees if needed.
