We’re getting married!

I had always hoped to find love in a more organic way... no apps, no swiping. I imagined it would just happen naturally. But there was this little voice in my head, almost like divine intervention, telling me, “Just give it a try.” After ignoring it for a while, I finally decided to listen and signed up for Hinge. Dakota, on the other hand, had been on the app a bit longer. After a few not-so-great dates, he was starting to lose hope. But then, on my first day on the app, we matched. Perfect timing? I think so. Funny thing, I was living in Michigan while Dakota lived in Indiana. We both had our distance ratios maxed out. Coincidence?... I'd say God was hard at work. I remember scrolling through his pictures and instantly being drawn to his smile (seriously, that smile!). I couldn’t help but think he looked a little “exotic”, maybe mixed ethnicity? I was wrong, but that's okay! We started chatting right away, and never stopped. And now here we are, still talking... forever. ❤️
