The traditional first dances may take place (bride and groom, and with parents) -All food and drinks will be served to the tables, there will be no bar service or appetizer stations. -People do not have to wear masks once seated at their table, but will need to wear a mask when using the restroom or walking around the property. -The bridal party is not required to wear masks during the ceremony.
If you go to the Schedule of Events page on the website, there is a button to "Join the Virtual Event" - that will take you right there. However, if you prefer the link, here it is: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85800366253?pwd=a2dEWGYzN2Y3b3ZWMEpsaVF3UDA1dz09
The ceremony starts at 4:00 sharp. It will be held in the boathouse so you should arrive early enough to park and get down to the lake where the boathouse is by 3:45. There will be signs directing you and a shuttle for those that need it. It is a short walk.
No specific dress code but we would say "wedding attire" - whatever makes you feel like celebrating!
We planned to arrange for a shuttle for those staying at the Best Western Plus Executive Residency Franklin but need to see if this can be done safely and according to the COVID-19 regulations. UPDATE: there will not be a shuttle.
Only children that have been specifically invited are expected to attend in person. Of course all children are welcome if attending remotely on Zoom!
Yes, there is a place to specify food constraints when you make your meal selection on the RSVP page.
If you are attending in person, please RSVP as soon as possible (we are limited to 50 people due to COVID regulations) and no later than August 19th. If you are going to attend remotely via Zoom, you do not need to RSVP.
