Answer

You can find our registry on this wedding website only. We are not registered at any stores.

Question

What precautions are being taken for COVID-19?

Answer

Lake Pearl is adhering to all the MA covid-19 regulations. -As MA has strict traveller requirements and travelling can be risky, there will be no attendees (in person) from outside of New England. -We can have a maximum of 50 people. -For those who can't attend in person, we hope you will attend via Zoom (see schedule page for the link) -The setting for the venue is on a lake. The boathouse and the tent are both open on 2 sides and are considered outdoor venues. -In the tent, the tables will be 6 feet apart with no more than 6 people per table. -There will be no group dancing. The traditional first dances may take place (bride and groom, and with parents) -All food and drinks will be served to the tables, there will be no bar service or appetizer stations. -People do not have to wear masks once seated at their table, but will need to wear a mask when using the restroom or walking around the property. -The bridal party is not required to wear masks during the ceremony.

Question

How do I join the ZOOM meeting for the ceremony?

Answer

If you go to the Schedule of Events page on the website, there is a button to "Join the Virtual Event" - that will take you right there. However, if you prefer the link, here it is: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85800366253?pwd=a2dEWGYzN2Y3b3ZWMEpsaVF3UDA1dz09

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:00 sharp. It will be held in the boathouse so you should arrive early enough to park and get down to the lake where the boathouse is by 3:45. There will be signs directing you and a shuttle for those that need it. It is a short walk.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No specific dress code but we would say "wedding attire" - whatever makes you feel like celebrating!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

We planned to arrange for a shuttle for those staying at the Best Western Plus Executive Residency Franklin but need to see if this can be done safely and according to the COVID-19 regulations. UPDATE: there will not be a shuttle.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Only children that have been specifically invited are expected to attend in person. Of course all children are welcome if attending remotely on Zoom!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, there is a place to specify food constraints when you make your meal selection on the RSVP page.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

If you are attending in person, please RSVP as soon as possible (we are limited to 50 people due to COVID regulations) and no later than August 19th. If you are going to attend remotely via Zoom, you do not need to RSVP.
