Nicole was visiting Allie (her college roommate) in her hometown in Connecticut right after college in 2018. Costa and his friends were out at a bar in town that same night. Luckily, their groups got to talking and Costa & Nicole clicked right away. He almost let her leave the bar, but quickly broke through the crowd to get her phone number, the rest is history..

It was a rainy day in June but Costa insisted that they go on a picnic for Nicoles birthday. He had planned a surprise proposal at Untermeyer Gardens. He got down on one knee in the "Tower of Love" and Nicole's cousins were there to capture the moment that she said yes! Costa and their families planned an engagement party soon after at Nicole's parents with their closest friends and family to celebrate!
