What should I wear?

Casual Formal/ Semi- formal. Please no white or off white or cream colors

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony and Reception are both indoors. There is a patio at the event center to get fresh air.

How will I get to and from the wedding?

Answer

Ceremony and Reception are both held at Clubies Event Center in East Dubuque, IL. The wedding party will leave to take photos other locations but feel free to explore and come back.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As we love everyone coming, if we have not met or included a plus one/ guest in your invite, we ask you do NOT bring extra people.

What if I have Food Allergies/ restrictions?

Please feel free to reach out about any. We will work around these so you can eat and have a good time as well.

Parking at the Venue?

Answer

There is off street parking at the event center. There is a small parking lot in the back of building as well.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have a couple kegs of beer for everyone to enjoy. Everything else will be cash bar.

How early can I arrive at the Venue?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 3pm. We ask that guests arrive between 1:30- 2:30.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We ask that everyone refrains from taking photos at the ceremony. At the reception there will be a QR code to scan so everyone can see all photos taken. Photos can be taken on phones at reception.

Do we have Hotel Blocks?

Answer

Since most family and friends are from in town we didn’t get blocked rooms at a hotel. We recommend any hotels listed on website. Some are cheaper and others are closer to venue or activities. We will be staying at the Best Western on Dodge

We are registered at Target.com Amazon.com as well as here on Zola under the registry tab.
