The group rate is $139 for Standard Double Queen rooms . Breakfast is included in the group rate for all registered group guests each morning. Please urge guests to make their reservations soon to ensure availability and also to receive the group rate. Any rooms still remaining in the block by the cutoff date of September 16, 2026 will then be released back into our inventory and the group rate will likely no longer be available. Below is a little info for you and your guests about our hotel: Our full service restaurant, Kems, is open for Breakfast and Dinner, and we have a Lounge open each evening as well. Restaurant and Lounge Hours are: Breakfast: 6:30am-9:30am, Daily Dinner: 5pm-9pm, Monday - Saturday Lounge/Bar: 5pm-9pm, Monday - Saturday All rooms include Complimentary Wifi, Keurig Coffee Makers, Microwaves, and Refrigerators. We have an outdoor pool and patio area, fitness center, business center, and onsite guest laundry. Dry cleaning service is also available. Check In time is 3pm; Check Out Time is 11am. The hotel is located just off of I-12 and across the street from several shops, restaurants, and movie theater at Hammond Square Mall.
