Hike + Lunch
10:00 am
For anyone who is around, join us for a hike + lunch at an alpine hut! You can join for both, just the hike or just lunch! If you don't want to hike - the lunch spot is right at the top of the gondola, no hiking to get to it required. (There are no shortages of drinks up there!) Details: Gondola station is 1 mile from the Almwelt (~20 minute walk, or you can drive) Gondola ride is free with Summer Card (you receive the Summer Card free with your stay at the Almwelt) Hike is 4 miles total (takes roughly 2 1/2 hours) For those who are wanting to hike, we plan to leave the Almwelt at 10am. For those who do not want to hike, feel free to still leave with us and hang out at the top while we hike. Alternatively you can meet us for lunch around 1pm!
Welcome Party

Prost! Let the celebrations begin! We're so excited to have all our favorite people in one place! Help us start our wedding weekend at the Almwelt. We’ll be serving Aperol Spritzes and local Alpine dishes on the terrace. Come for the drinks, stay for the views, and help us kick off the best weekend ever. Food & drinks will be served! Buffet will include soups, salads, Schnitzel + dessert! Attire: Cocktail We recommend sundresses (of any length!) for women, and sport coats, polos, collared shirts, or button-downs for men.

Pre Ceremony Snack & Sips

Meet us on the terrace for a pre-ceremony sip & snack! Very common for Austrian weddings, join us for a light snack and some bubbles before we say I do!
Ceremony
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Time for the whole reason why we're here! Join us for our ceremony where we will officially become the Claassens! Expect a few tears, a lot of smiles, and a view that almost (key word: almost) rivals the bride Attire: Mountain Formal (is that a real thing? no, but we're making it one) - kinda like garden formal but taken to the mountains, think long dresses for women & suit/tie for men! No tuxes required!
Cocktail Hour
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
The ceremony may be over, but the evening is just beginning! Join us on the terrace for drinks and mountain-inspired appetizers as the sun sets.
Reception
6:00 pm
Join us inside for an Austrian-inspired dinner followed by drinks and dancing. Let’s celebrate! *Official dinner menu to come*

Alpine Beach

Badesee Pichl Weather permitting, we have a chill day at the lake at the bottom of the Reiteralm. Beach Volleyball, Mountain Views Admission is included as part of the stay at the Almwelt.
