Where are the wedding festivities taking place?

Venue Bella Giornata in Byron Center, MI - both the ceremony and reception will take place here

What is the timeline for the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. If you want to see Chris tear up as Nicole walks down the aisle (let's be honest that Nicole will be crying too), we recommend arriving by 4:45 pm. There will be a cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony (5:30 pm - 6:30 pm) and that will be followed immediately by the reception (6:30 pm - 11 pm).

What is the dress code?

Answer

We know deciding what to wear to a wedding can be stressful and that's the last thing we want! We encourage you to dress to impress as the dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. The wedding ceremony will be outdoors (weather dependent) so we want you to be comfortable: button-up shirts, long flowy dresses, or whatever brings you joy! The only ask we have is please no jeans/denim.

Is there easy parking at the venue?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception are both taking place at Venue Bella Giornata. There is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving. Uber and Lyft are great options for those who don’t. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink.

How do I RSVP? When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We sure hope you’ll be able to join us for our special day! Click on the "RSVP" tab at the top of this page to RSVP right here on our website. RSVP deadline is Friday, May 3, 2024.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Since we have big extended families and a large number of dear friends, we’ve chosen to limit our guest list to sixteen-year-olds and over, and we hope you understand. Let us know if there is anything we can do to help.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. We have strict guest counts with our beverage and catering vendors which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. If you have any questions, please reach out.

I have dietary restrictions, what’s the best way to communicate that with you?

Answer

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We love photos! However, we do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, as we’d like that time to be unplugged and everyone fully focused on the reason we are all gathered :) We have professional photographers to capture the ceremony, so that you can be free to be fully present as a guest. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring the professionals can capture the important moments by keeping your phones, cameras, and tablets put away and out of sight. We will be sure to share the professional photos when we get them after the wedding. For the rest of the evening (cocktail hour and reception), we STRONGLY encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag #FellForPell so we can see them, too :)
