Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be unplugged. We've done a lot of research picking our phenomenal photographer; therefore, the Bride and Groom would appreciate if phones were turned off and kept away during the ceremony.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear suit and tie. Bridesmaids will be wearing blush and floral dresses.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Guests should pack with warm weather in mind, with a light jacket. The daily maximum temperature in during April averages 76°F with the lowest daily high being around 60-63°F.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Guests should arrive 15 minutes or so before the official ceremony start time to get settled before the proceedings.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events will take place outdoors.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Transportation will provided. The meeting place for wedding day pick-up will be the Francis Marion Hotel which is located across the street of Marion Square Park

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adult only party. After all, it's time for you to relax and let loose.

Will the wedding be open bar?

Answer

Yes, as well as the after party at Blind Tiger.

What are the hotel blocks?

Answer

Due to the timing of the wedding and Charleston's high tourist season, hotel blocks were not granted for our event.

There are so many hotels, how do I choose?

Answer

Based on the trolley pick up location for the wedding and the pick up & drop off location for the wedding, the recommendation is to book a hotel near Marion Square Park. This park is within walking distance to the welcome party venue, Parcel 32.

When should I expect my formal invite?

Answer

Formal invitations will be sent January 2023.
