I met Wendy my freshman year in the Jester dorm at the University of Texas. To say that we have shared life experiences would be a gross understatement. We have helped each other grow up and my life would not be nearly as rich without Wendy in it.

Maria and I met through our children one day at Zilker park in Austin. It was an instant connection and we have been laughing, crying, traveling, and drinking red wine together ever since.

I met Kristen back in 1998 when I lived in New York City. Kristen is the best dancer that I know, the smartest person in the room, and has brought so much joy into my life.

London is my first born (by two minutes) and when I asked her how she would like to participate in the big day, she told me that she wanted to be a bridesmaid. So a bridesmaid she is. The depth of my love for this child is endless and I am more proud of her every single day.

Isa decided that she wanted to be a junior bridesmaid instead of a flower girl, and I want the wedding to make everyone happy. I have loved learning how to be a step-parent to this young, impressionable soul. She keeps us on our toes at all times. I am so glad that she is a part of our special day.

Chad and Dan met while coaching their young sons in sports and have been the best of friends ever since. They have a healthy rivalry on the squash court, and well let's face it in pretty much everything.
Scott Schmidly

Chad met Scott in graduate school at Trinity University in San Antonio, and they have been giving each other a hard time ever since. In the most loving way of course. Chad and I were honored to attend Scott's wedding in Italy in 2018, and we are so thankful that he will be at ours.

Chad and Greg met in Elementary school in Carrollton and I am pretty sure that they have talked to each other every day since. Chad would describe Greg as his "brother from another mother".

Chad and Tim met in kindergarten and have remained close friends all through the years. Chad, Tim, and I all went to The University of Texas together and luckily we all turned out pretty well.

Chad met Chris in third grade and Chris went on to marry Chad's big sister. Chris and Chad have a special friendship and were lucky to become actual brothers.

Chad met Andy in college at The University of Texas WAY back in the day. They have been on many adventures ever since and we are happy to have him play a part in our special day.

Kenny is Greg's older brother and helped to form Chad and Greg into the fine men that they are today. Kenny has filled the big brother role for Chad and his laugh will fill up a room every time.

Peter comes from sunny California! “I grew up around music, studied music composition in college, and had the opportunity to play with multiple bands and groups.” Peter’s most rewarding part of DJing is creating moments musically that you can share together and cherish forever. “With my background in film scoring and live performances, I’ve been able to develop a pretty keen sense for what works well in different scenarios.” Being able to share his passion for music with people of different ages and from different backgrounds, and seeing them all embrace each other on the dance floor is Peter’s absolute favorite part of being a DJ.

As the parents of my best friend Wendy, I have known Stan and Patricia my entire adult life. They are two of the absolute BEST people that I know, they are wise and gentle, and have become my family too. We are so honored that they will be the two standing at the end of the aisle to welcome us, and to facilitate making our union complete.
