Earliest you can arrive is 4:00 pm (please try not to arrive any earlier). The ceremony will take place on a grass area with a great view. (Adults only please)
Reception

This will be an outdoor reception on a concrete foundation. (Adults only please)
Potential Bus Ride To/From Venue

We are considering providing bus transportation for guests. Before deciding, we would like to get a general head count of people who would be interested in using the transportation. If we book it, the bus would depart from Davenport Tower at 3:00 pm, head to the Quality Inn Oakwood to pick up any guests from there, then head to the venue. The bus is expected to arrive at the venue by 4:00 pm. We would offer a couple different times for return service to hotels as well, probably leaving 8:30 pm then 10:00 pm. Please select "will attend" if you would absolutely use the bus if it were an option. If you plan to use your own transportation to and from the venue to maintain your own flexibility, please choose "will not attend"
