Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as you can so that we can continue our planning process accordingly. However, the deadline is September 30, 2026. If we haven't received your RSVP by the deadline, we will have to assume that you will be unable to attend the wedding. You will be missed so very much but we should grab a drink afterward!! This deadline applies to booking hotel rooms within the wedding block as well. After this time, hotel rooms can still be booked in any of the resorts but the discounted room rates that you would be able to take advantage of through the block will no longer be available to you.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would absolutely love to see all of our favorite people dressed to the nines for our formal dark romance wedding!! We encourage you to dress in your best dark romantic formalwear. Think deep, moody tones, metallic accents, luxurious textures and romantic evening elegance. While moody is the vibe, we do ask that you avoid black (if you know, you know). The pictures are going to be delicious!!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony begins at 7:30pm so we do ask that you arrive and be seated between 7pm and 7:15pm.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

In short... both! The ceremony will be outdoors but under the cover of a gazebo. The reception will be indoors.

Can I take pics with my phone at the ceremony?

Answer

No. We are requesting that everyone resist the urge to do this. In order for our guests to be fully present with us during such an important moment, we are having an unplugged ceremony. Our professional photographers will capture every special moment, and we will, of course, share our photos with you afterwards. After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture the events of the night and encourage you to snap away!

How close together are the ceremony and reception venues?

They're both on the same resort and are within a walkable distance.

How will I get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

SO many options! Ample parking is available if you are driving yourself. If you are staying on site at any of the Disney resorts, a bus is available to get you anywhere. If you are staying at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort or Pop Century (2 of the hotels we have room blocks at), you will also have access to the Skyline that will drop you off very close to the ceremony location. That being said, the reception ends after the Disney transportation times typically end so Ubers and Lyfts would have to be ordered to get you back to your hotels. The fares will be minimal.

Where should I stay?

Answer

The Orlando world is your oyster. We have a room blook at 3 Walt Disney World resorts that offer special pricing for the event. This discounted pricing can extend for up to 5 days prior to and following the wedding date. This means that if you would like to come before or stay after to be able to enjoy some relaxation or theme park time for yourself or your families, you can absolutely take advantage of the lower rates. These blocks do not last forever though so if you want in on it, act faster to ensure you get to be where you want to be. There are also SO many more resorts than those 3 so chose your bliss and your budget. Just give the reservation number provided on the hotel block tab if you are staying at a Disney resort/ hotel so things can be tracked properly. Just remember to give them our room block number.
