WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by May 29, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, we will unfortunately have to mark you as a "no". This is because we do need to provide the venue and caterer with a total guest count in a timely manner. We hope that you understand.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

Answer

Due to limited capacity we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on your invitation.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

Answer

This is an adults-only ceremony and reception with the exception of our bridal party.

WHERE DO I PARK?

Answer

Our venue has ample parking for all of our guests. If necessary, you are able to leave cars in the lot overnight.

CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINK?

Answer

Please refrain from bringing any outside food or beverages onto the premises. Any instances of this will result in a fine and guest removal per the venue policy. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

IS THE VENUE INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting!) and the reception will be indoors.

ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION IN THE SAME PLACE?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Crow River Winery in Hutchinson, MN.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Semi-formal.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Arriving to the venue 20 minutes early is a great idea to be sure you're able to find the venue, park, and settle in before the ceremony begins.
