What date should I rsvp by?

Please RSVP by October 25, 2025 so we can finalize all the details in time. We appreciate your response as soon as possible!

Where is the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception?

Answer

The entire event will take place at The Royal Crest Room venue. There will be an outdoor ceremony held in the Magnolia Garden, followed by a cocktail hour in the Outdoor Terrace, and finally the reception in The White Ballroom. The address is 5330 Michigan Ave, St Cloud, FL 34772.

Can I bring a date?

We’re so excited to celebrate with our loved ones! If your invitation includes a specified plus one, you are welcome to bring a guest. However, if your invitation does not mention a plus one, we kindly ask that you attend solo. When you go to RSVP, you will only see your name if you haven’t been given a plus one. Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to share our special day with you!

While we love and cherish all the little ones in our lives, we have chosen to include only the children of immediate family in our celebration.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! If you navigate to the travel tab on our website, you will see a list of recommended hotels that were provided by our wedding venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We’re excited to have you with us on our special day! We kindly ask that guests arrive about 30 minutes before the ceremony, as it will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. This will give you time to find your seats, relax, and enjoy the pre-ceremony ambiance.

Where can I park?

Answer

We’re pleased to let you know that there is plenty of parking available at the front of the venue. Event staff will be on hand to guide you to the ceremony space, ensuring you have a smooth arrival.

Is it an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony. We want everyone to fully experience the moment as it unfolds, so we ask that all personal photos and videos be taken after the ceremony.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Think elegant but not overly formal—suits and cocktail dresses are perfect. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white.
