What is being offered for a meal?

We will be serving buffet style: -Choice of Two Entree's: Oven Roasted Chicken OR Parmesan Crusted Salmon -Homemade mashed potatoes W/ gravy -Homemade Mac & Cheese -Fresh Green Beans -Coleslaw -Fresh Vegetable platter & Dip -Dinner Rolls W/ Butter -Condiments *May change due to COVID*

Answer
Yes! Both entree's have a gluten free option. Please mark on your RSVP what accommodations you require!

How are you Handling COVID-19?
Answer
Currently, We plan to stay with the September 18th date. The ceremony will be outside. We will offer hand sanitizer throughout the venue. The reception hall will have all doors open to allow air flow. We will also have colored bands that guests may wear to signify their comfort level with social interaction. We are planning on live streaming the ceremony through a private Facebook Group for guests who cannot attend. Please reach out to Nicole for more details. Please help us make this safe but enjoyable for all guests!

At this time, Masks will not be required to wear but you are welcome to wear one if it would make you comfortable.

Can I bring our kids?
Answer
To keep our guest count smaller and intimate, we ask you only bring your children if they were invited by name on the invitation. Please reach out to Nicole if you have any questions or concerns regarding this!

Can I bring a Plus 1?
Answer
To keep our guest count small and intimate, we are not giving every guest a plus 1. If you ask for a plus one, you will be put on a list and notified if changes occur. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this, please reach out to Nicole!

What's the dress code?
Answer
Our dress code is casual/Semi-formal. Gentlemen should wear khaki/slacks with nice button down shirts or sport coats. Full suits are not required. Ladies should wear dresses, skirts or nice dress slacks with a nice top. Ladies should wear either casual spring/fall dresses (nothing ball gown/formal). Please keep in mind that the ceremony area is outside and there is a slight uphill walk from the reception hall to the ceremony spot. Be warned that Heels may not be optimal. September Weather in Wisconsin can be unpredictable (can be cool or warm). Keep an eye on the weather and plan accordingly.

Where can I RSVP?
Answer
Once you receive your invitation (which will have more information), you may RSVP either on our website or via email! Our website will have an RSVP tab. Once invitations are sent out, the tab will be available. You may also email Nicole at nicole.congdon1@gmail.com your RSVP. You will be asked to answer a few questions: 1. Will you be attending? Yes or No? 2. Is all of your party attending? If no, please supply the name of who is not attending (based on the names listed on the invitation). EX of this would be "Nicole and Austin will be attending but our kitties, Cora and Clover will not be". 3. Do you have any dietary restrictions? If so, please list them. 4. Please provide a song to request for our DJ!

Is it an Open Bar?
Answer
Our Bar is an open bar from 4pm to 10pm. The bar will have the following: -2 options for beer -a red and white wine option -4 signature cocktails -Water and Soda as non-alcoholic options.
