How & when should I RSVP

Answer

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type your name. Please select the guests from your party that will be attending. We are kindly asking you RSVP at the earliest date you can so we can plan accordingly. Our RSVP deadline is February 1st, 2026.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to join us in semi-formal attire. Gentlemen, please wear a suit or blazer with dress pants. Ladies, a midi-maxi length cocktail dress or dressy separates would be ideal.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Outdoor. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be outdoors. There will be a large outdoor tent in place for the reception, so there will be shade/coverage.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to celebrate!

Will transportation be provided the day of the wedding?

Answer

Yes. We want our guest to be able to enjoy our wedding/reception as much as we will. Therefore, the bride and groom have transportation pre-arranged for all of our guests. The day of the wedding, a complimentary pick-up and drop off will occur from the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort. The wedding day shuttle will depart the Hilton at 2:30 PM, thus please arrive early to avoid delays. Shuttle will return guests to the Hilton at end of evening, leaving Kualoa Ranch at 10:00 PM.
