“When I saw you I fell in love and you smiled because you knew” -Shakespear Andrew and Nicci met at a bar in downtown willoughby called 1899 where he was working at the time. Nicci was out with her cousin Brittany (bridesmaid) and some other friends when they decided to stop into 99. Andrew had walked by carrying some cases of beer when Nicci turned to her cousin and said “I think I’m going to give the bar guy my number” which anyone who knows Nicci knows this is very outside of her box! Lol Of course her cousin was on board and so they spent the next couple hours trying to figure out a plan… yes hours. With one failed attempt that should have had Nicci embarrassed and leaving but determined she was so finally she came up with writing her number on a napkin and very awkwardly passed it to him. So relieved that she had gone through with it, she didn’t even notice until she was about to leave that he had already texted her. They started talking that night and went on their first date three days later. Then three years later, almost to the day Andrew popped the question on top of a ski hill at Snow Trails! Now, they are so excited to share their big day with all of you!
