We first met when we were just 18-19 years old. We both worked at Shoprite at the time, a super-market in NJ. We were introduced to one another by a mutual friend, not thinking anything of it. We became the best of friends who just enjoyed each others company. We became inseparable, and that's when we knew there was more than just a friendship there. We started dating in March of 2011. A few years later, in 2013 we had no idea our lives would take a turn when Nicole and her family announced they'd be moving to Florida. We were 2 years into our relationship and we were pretty serious, so you could imagine how we felt being separated and not knowing how a long distance relationship would work. Saying goodbye to someone you care so deeply for is so devastating, but we knew we would find a way to make it work. For about 1 year we'd go back and fourth seeing one another. Until one day we both decided we don't want to be away from each other any more. Alfredo then packed his belongings in 2014 and drove to Florida from NJ where he would start a new life and be on his own for the first time. Alfredo drove 1100 miles, leaving behind family, friends, and all he ever knew so we could be together. That alone speaks volumes on how much we care for each other and just wanted to be together no matter what it took. Our story is crazy, but its just about two young adults who were madly in love & just couldn't be apart. Come summer 2018, in Rome, Italy, Alfredo got down on one knee in front of our families and loved ones and asked me to be his wife and of course I said YES. Here we are now planning the wedding of our dreams & excited to share it with you all!
