You have until September 9th to book in order to receive the Event Rates. If there are no rooms available under the rate, you can still book there or alternatively at the other hotels listed. Attendees shall confirm their reservations through the Hotel’s website: http://www.vintage-hotels.com/reservations.htmentering the Reservation Number #3824304 in the “Group ID” box of the booking screen, or by contacting the Hotel’s Reservations Department at 1-888-669-5566 and requesting the “Reservation Line” or on or before the Reservation Deadline, identifying themselves as Attendees of the Jardine/Cleveland-Iliffe Wedding (Event Name), the date upon which the Attendee will be checking into the Hotel (the “Arrival Date”) and the date that the Attendee will be checking out of the Hotel (the “Departure Date”) and shall provide guarantee and full advance payment by the way of major credit card accepted by the Hotel for accommodation to secure the event rate and reservation. 3.2. In the event that an Attendee cancels a reservation less than fourteen (14) days prior to the Arrival Date, the attendees advance payment will be non-refundable.
