WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR YOUR WEDDING?

Answer

Our dress code is formal. We encourage you to look your best — feel free to incorporate spring colors and prints! The wedding will take place outdoors in the grass, so please keep this in mind when considering footwear. Ladies, we’d recommend block heels, avoid pointed heels/stilettos! PLEASE NO flip flops, short-sleeved shirts, or sneakers. *Note for ladies: the maids of honor will be wearing solid light blue dresses!

Is there transportation or parking?

Answer

There is parking available onsite at our venue. If you are driving directly, please arrive at 4:00 pm to allow enough time to get settled before our ceremony begins. We will be providing shuttles to Smith Farm Gardens from the Inn at Middletown, where buses will pick up guests at 3:30 pm. Buses will also transport guests back to the hotel once the reception is over.

Are kids invited?

We kindly remind all guests that our wedding will be for adults only.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to our venue's guest cap, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Is it OK to leave without saying goodbye to us?

Answer

YES. We appreciate an Irish exit ;)

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, so please plan for weather-appropriate attire. A light sweater or shawl might be helpful in the evening.
