How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your, and any of your guests', attendance.

What is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by September 19th to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Our hotel block at The Hyatt Regency is .3 miles from The Wintergarden, a roughly 5 minute walk. No shuttles will be provided, however there is a parking garage directly next to The Wintergarden for your convenience if you'd prefer to drive. We also encourage using ride sharing options like Uber or Lyft for those who may be staying further away but are looking for a safe option after they enjoy the evening!

Are there accommodations nearby?

Yes, we have reserved blocks of rooms at The Hyatt Regency. Please navigate to the Travel section of the website for a discount. Of course it's not required to stay here, there are plenty of great options in or just outside of downtown Rochester if you're looking for a different value option.

Can I bring a plus-one or my children?

Answer

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate guests indicated on the invitation/noted in the RSVP. We appreciate your understanding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding attire is formal; dark suits and floor length dresses are welcome, as are cocktail dresses. Please note that bridesmaids will be wearing navy dresses.

What's on the menu?

Answer

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree, which must be chosen during your RSVP process. There will be a meat, fish and vegetarian options available. If there are any additional dietary restrictions that we can accommodate or should be aware of, please note this in your RSVP and we will work with our venue to make sure you can enjoy their delicious food!

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive no earlier than 4pm. If you're anxious to arrive early, visit our Things To Do page for some nearby bars and coffee shops to enjoy while you wait!

What should I do if I don't make it into the room block?

Answer

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If this is unavailable, there are a number of additional hotels nearby including The Hilton Garden Inn, The Hampton Inn & Suites, and The Inn on Broadway. If the block is full, please don't hesitate to contact Nicole or Pat directly so we can reach out to the hotel and inquire about an extension.
