We've made arrangements at the Hilton to provide affordable rates in a convenient location for the wedding. Airbnbs and VRBOs are also great options for groups. Palm Springs has amazing luxury and boutique hotel options that we highly recommend! Check out the Travel page for suggestions.
We love your kids, but we want our wedding to be your night off. If you need help arranging a babysitter in Palm Springs, please let us know!
If you're staying at the Hilton, there is a complimentary shuttle that will take you the ceremony. Just ask about this when you check in. If you're staying anywhere else, you'll need to take an Uber or taxi as there's no parking available at the property. Be sure to navigate to 147 South Tahquitz Drive, do NOT just type in "Colony 29".
Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and jackets and slacks. You can also feel free to go fancy with a Tux or Palm Springs flashy. Most of the time will be spent on grass, so ladies...we don't recommend wearing stilettos.
Anytime before the wedding! We encourage you to arrive in Palm Springs by Thursday evening (Sept 26th) for a welcome event, but you are welcome to come Friday or Saturday as well. There will be a casual golf tournament for anyone who would like to participate on Friday morning. Palm Springs has numerous restaurants, hotels, and points of interest that can easily fill a week's worth of vacation.
Yes, of course! Please let Joel or Nicole know in advance.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” or includes your guest's name, then yes. If not, then no :)
