Hotel
All wedding events will be held at Palagina | la dimora To book, please email * info@palagina.it * to book your stay and indicate you are booking for the Zaso/Wills wedding. Don't forget to include the number of people in your party and ages of the children. The hotel rooms sleep 2, 3, or 4 people and the Villas can sleep up to 5. There is a required two night MINIMUM stay from October 8, 2025, to October 10, 2025. If you wish to stay longer please indicate that in your email to the resort. Check-in is at 3:00PM and checkout is at 11:00AM (the front desk can hold luggage if needed). Rooms are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Please maximize each rooms occupancy as best you can. If the resort is full or you have any issues, please reach out to Nikki or Ian. Please ensure reservations are made before March 1, 2025 as that is the deadline for room reservations. For hotel payments, there is a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Final payment is due 150 days prior to your date of check in (approximately May 9, 2025). If you emailed Palagina and did not receive a response, please check your spam! Flight
Florence Airport - Palagina | la dimora is a 40 minute drive from the Florence airport. It is suggested you either rent a car or schedule a car service. Rome Airport - Palagina | la dimora is a 3 hour drive from the Rome airport. It is suggested you train from Rome to Florence (approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes). Once at the Florence train station you can rent a car or schedule a car service. Please refer to the FAQ page for more information on resort parking should you choose a rental car.
Travel Note
For a car service from the airport or train station, to Palagina | la dimora, you can contact the resort at *reception@palagina.it*. You can also contact Ravel Trips. Please see the FAQ tab on how to contact Ravel trips. Car Service- If booking through the resort, it is best to coordinate with a group of people for discounted prices. Please Note - Transportation options in Tuscany are very limited and it is recommended to rent a car or schedule a car service.
