FAQs

The Wedding Website of Margaret Nicole Woods and Gregory Omar Thompson
Question

What health and safety measures will you be taking during the event in light of Covid?

Answer

The Bride and Groom are both fully vaccinated and strongly encourage our guests to get vaccinated as well! Due to this being a large event, we also suggest that all guests (vaccinated and unvaccinated) bring and wear a mask throughout the event.

Question

What is the wedding attire?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome (not required), and so are suits, jackets and slacks, and cocktail dresses. Guests are welcome to wear any color they'd like. If you'd like to wear our wedding colors, they are burgundy and champagne. Please note that there will be an outdoor wedding ceremony with an indoor reception to follow.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest count to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate the number of guests listed on your invitation.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors, but the reception will be indoors.

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly. You will be missed! A live streaming option will be available on our Facebook Group. This can be accessed here: https://tinyurl.com/nicolegregorylive

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Question

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is free parking at the venue. There's only one entrance to the venue and it leads directly to the parking lot.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP postcard or can I do it online?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by February 5th, 2022. You can RSVP both online and via mail by returning the postcard which should have arrived with your invitation.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Absolutely.

Question

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, or special diet accommodations?

Answer

We plan to provide a vegetarian option for dinner, and we ask that you inform us of this choice on your RSVP. There will be a section to do so. If you do require any other dietary options, please reach out to us directly and we can assist further.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Absolutely. But please keep in mind that we will have a professional photographer on site throughout the duration of the evening. We ask that you be considerate and try not to interfere with their shots (i.e. standing directly in front of the photographer).

Question

I still have questions. What is the best way to contact you?

Answer

Feel free to reach out directly to: Greg (870-692-9430), Nicole (501-425-9540), or Mother of the Bride, Freda Woods (501-425-8281).

Question

I can't attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?

Answer

Yes! We plan to have the wedding available via live stream. You can access the live stream event via this link: https://tinyurl.com/nicolegregorylive
