Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully request no children at the ceremony or reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is elegant cocktail attire in summer colors. We'd love to see ladies in flowy, colorful dresses—think vibrant spring and summer hues—while gentlemen can opt for suits or button-downs with dress pants. Men are welcome to wear black or embrace summer colors; ladies, please avoid white, brown, beige, gray, and black. Denim and shorts are not appropriate. We can't wait to see you in something fun and festive!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event. If you don’t drink, don’t worry! We’ll have mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages as well!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

How should I RSVP?

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by July 30th so we can plan accordingly!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at The Troutdale House. If needed you can leave your car parked overnight, please be mindful to not park in or blocking the loading zones!

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Rain or shine, the celebration continues! The ceremony space has a covering of plexiglass so it will remain outdoors! Reception will be indoor with ac just in case it gets too hot out!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! You are more than welcome to take as many photos of the cocktail hour and reception as we’d like! Please, we kindly request you do not post anything during the evening!

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We did not block out rooms, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable. Make sure to book accordingly before rooms fill up, there are multiple recommended hotels!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our catering, we are unable to accommodate individual food allergies or dietary restrictions. There will be a gluten free option though!

If traveling, what is the best airport to fly into?

Answer

We recommend flying into Portland International Airport (PDX), where you'll find rental car options readily available. All of our hotel recommendations are conveniently located within 15 minutes of both the airport and our wedding venue, making your arrival and travel seamless.
