How do I RSVP?

Answer

We’d love to know if you can make it (we hope you can!). Please RSVP via our wedding website - https://www.zola.com/wedding/nicolasandhalley/rsvp OR respond when the formal invitation arrives in the mail.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! We’ve secured a block of rooms at the Fairmont Dallas. To take advantage of the group discount you must book your room(s) by October 2nd. Click this link (https://book.passkey.com/go/CrastBeecroftWedding) to reserve your room.

What time should we be there?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30PM on November 2nd. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to mingle and get comfortable.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

No. Guests will be responsible for their own transportation to the ceremony. Marie Gabrielle is a 15 minute walk from the Fairmont Dallas (and many other hotels). Ride sharing apps are always an option. Complimentary self-parking is available at Marie Gabrielle if you choose to drive.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Outdoors, unless inclement weather in which case we will move inside.

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

Oh yes there will! We will have passed Hors d’Oeuvres, a full open bar, food stations with a wide variety of seasonal, culinary delights, wedding cake, and more!
