What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, please arrive 15-30 minutes early to grab a seat! If you are not staying in the hotel/area, try to arrive closer to the 30 minutes early to account for parking!

When should I RSVP by?

To give time for a final head count and meal arrangements, please RSVP no later than June 20, 2026!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Kids are welcome at our celebration! When RSVP is sent, please include how many children. There is a chicken tender option available for the children's meals, but for older kids, one of the regular entrees can be chosen, just let us know!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, of course! When you RSVP and select your meal option, please let us know if there are any known allergies so we can let the caterer know.

Will this be a dry wedding?
Answer
Absolutely not! We will have an open bar available for all guests 21+. Please note, due to local policies alcoholic "shots" will not be allowed. But please feel free to order from the selection of beer, wine, and spirits. The couple will also have a signature cocktail available for order! *Bartenders reserve the right to not serve anyone who appears to be too inebriated* We encourage those who will be drinking to take advantage of the room block available and use code G-APOL for a discount. Alternatively, please have a plan or call an Uber! We want everyone to have a great and SAFE time.
