FAQs

If you have any other questions that are not listed below, please text Katie at 203-583-2077 or Nic at 203-814-2142
Question

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Attire: Formal Think midi or long dresses for ladies, suits or tuxes for gentlemen. Given the garden setting, we recommend block heels to ensure you're comfortable on softer ground. Overall, we want you to look your best!

Question

Are kids or plus ones able to join?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones and friends, our wedding is an adult-only affair. Due to limited space, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be at the Darien Meadowlands, located at 274 Middlesex Rd #1, Darien, CT 06820. There is parking on site, if you are driving to the venue. We also have transportation set up for our guests if you're staying at the Norwalk Inn or if you'd like to join us for the after party.

Question

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at the Norwalk Inn in Norwalk. This location is less than 15 minutes away from the DCA Meadowlands in Darien. Please be sure to book your room in advance through the website www.norwalkinn.com and use the block code 2609GLO.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony starts to get settled in and enjoy the pre-wedding excitement! The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm.

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We have transportation coordinated for our guests to ensure safety and fun, of course. A formal schedule will be put together for timing of shuttles.

Question

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There’s plenty of parking available at the Meadowlands, so you won’t have to worry about finding a spot.

Question

What if I have Dietary Restrictions?

Answer

We’ve got you covered! When you RSVP, be sure to let us know about any dietary needs or restrictions, and we’ll make sure to have something delicious for you to enjoy. Food is a big part of who we are and what we love, so we want everyone to feel comfortable and well-fed.
