What should I wear on Day 1?

Answer

DAY 1: Event: Welcome lunch @ 12 noon Attire: Any attire Event: Irish/Western Wedding Ceremony @ 4:00 pm, Venue: Outdoors (the ceremony will be followed by dinner, drinks + dancing/reception) Attire: Cocktail attire e.g dresses and suits Note: The color scheme guide for the day is: gold, emerald green, burgundy, silver, black, white, ivory, cream, and blush (but feel free to wear whatever makes you feel best!)

What should I wear on Day 2?

Answer

DAY 2: Event: Lunch followed by Haldi Ceremony @ 1 pm Attire: Indian wear is encouraged e.g Kurtas which can be worn over jeans or leggings, lehengas, and dresses Note: The color scheme is: yellow, white, and gold plus any bright colors Event: Mehendi will follow the Haldi Ceremony @ 4 pm. Attire: Indian wear is encouraged e.g Kurtas which can be worn over jeans or leggings, lehengas, and dresses Note: The color scheme is: bright colors (you can wear the same outfit as Haldi if you wish) Event: Dinner @ 8 pm followed by Sangeet - Sangeet is a party! Get ready to dance! Attire: Indo-Western or Cocktail attire Note: The color scheme is: Black, Gold, and Silver. Sparkles and sequins are encouraged!

What should I wear on Day 3?

Answer

Event: Barat @ 11AM followed by Pheras: traditional Indian wedding ceremony Attire: Glamorous Indian e.g Kurta's with Nehru Jacket, lehengas, gowns and sarees Note: The color scheme is pink, red, and gold (this outfit should be the most ornate!)
